Website information and no service contract

Quotes and surveys

True North does not display pricing or price ranges through Penny or the website. A tailored quote requires an on-site survey and detailed review of the equipment, building conditions, access, applicable requirements, and project-specific factors. A survey request is not a confirmed appointment until True North or Microsoft Bookings confirms it.

Penny assistant

Penny is an automated website assistant designed to help visitors discuss elevator service needs, collect request details, and request an on-site survey. Penny may provide general service information, but its responses are not engineering, legal, safety, code-compliance, or quote advice. Do not rely on Penny for emergency instructions or an immediate response; call 911 for an emergency and contact True North directly for service needs.

Visitor submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the website. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
